Chris Rule on Liquid Salt

Super stoked to see our good friend Chris getting some well deserved exposure on that great online magazine Liquid Salt. Some pictures by yours truly too, which is nice. If you're ever in San Diego Chris's gallery Surf Indian is a must see. His new board shop is bound to have some mind blowing stuff when it opens in March, go Chris!

Jo Mo fins

The Jo Mo really seems to suit my G&S 9' Noserider, really manoeuvrable and snappy, pretty okay surf yesterday, and no hood, yeah. Supposed to be pretty stormy today but doesn't seem to have materialised as yet, anyway too much gardening to do, bah.

9' 2'' Gordon and Smith For Sale £795

A friend is selling this G&S Noserider, never riden, brand new and crispy.
These are really sweet rides, I have one in plain white with red pinlines, my favourite board.
I'll do you a deal on a fin if you buy ;) Although it does come with a Dobson 9''. I'd buy this tomorrow if I didn't have one already. Lovely board, great in anything really, really flies in overhead.

The snow returns

Only a light dusting but couldn't feel my fingers last night strapping those boards down. Wednesday was perfect though, did you get some? Hope so.

Do you see the irony

3 maybe 4 yards… is it that much effort! I might start a keep our beaches tidy scheme :(

Where did that swell go?

Freezing cold Saturday evening session of 2 foot okay'ish logging. If you tried not to feel the cold it was practicallyt like a perfect summer's evening, almost glassy ;)

Fabric inlay anyone?

Lovely stuff.

More warmth

Great stylist this kid Boot.

Remember the warmth?

Holy moly it's getting cold again, wishing for warmer weather badly here.

Did I say Spring? What was I thinking, proper cold this afternoon, thought conditions were going to be better than they were, missed the best of it I think, too much lazing in bed. That will teach I. Skippers looking pretty dapper though on a FJ 7' 6'' Magico.

South Coast getting juicy

What a great day, almost felt like Spring, I think the whole of Cornwall must be getting some.
Yeah! Good for the rest of the week too… work? Nah.

Got a new phone with a 12mp camera, crap zoom but massive images, is that good?

Free stuff

Time to get that crusty old stuff off… pucker up, it's free!

Cold snap

Another cold one this weekend, had to scrape the snow off the board pads again.

(Still have some of the Stewart extra wide pads in stock btw ;)

Sale on till Wednesday!

Last day tomorrow (3rd Feb) grab a bargain whilst you can.

As a slight bonus for anyone who missed the sale we will be shipping all orders with a bar of finest free wax throughout February. Who says we are not giving. Spread the love.

Shipping out (next door)…

Just had an email from Mason at the good ship Captains Helm to say they are having an opening party for their new store. They are moving next door to the original shop in Oceanside, so if any of you California cats want to party then Feb 5th is the day. Que nautical nonsense. Good luck with the new shop guys!
