New finnage

Some more awesome finnage from California just in. This Rainbow Hatchet is super limited edition and will noseride till the cows come home. Should be up on the site later today along with some new Greenoughs, a few 101 Bamboos and a load more Rainbows. Got some more leashes in stock too as well as regular fin bolts. Fin heaven.

Been having some great weather along with some decent pulses of swell here, hope you're getting some where ever you might be.

Surfplug Day

Surfers ear is a real problem and very unpleasant. Earplugs are the most effective preventative solution. If you are in the water a lot then £60 is a small price to pay I'm guessing.

I decided to get some then thought maybe we could organise a day when Rob from Surfplugs could come down and fit a good few of us (check out their website for the full sp). Rob has kindly agreed a bargain price too. You will be fitted on the day and then your plugs will arrive later by post, you can choose colours etc too.

I'll be there with some fins as well so you can save on p&p and maybe pick up a few special bargains.

easy pz sunshine

Not epic by any means but a great week of sunshine and 'waves' made for some fun. More to come hopefully too. Really nice to meet so many nice folk at Steve's 'Mr Surfy' snack shack. Something about the juxtaposition of the English Countryside and this rad Stopnick fin just gets me, this was the fin I saw that first inspired me to start Finshack, obviously a keeper for sentimental reasons.

Should be some new stuff from the good Captain soon so hold tight. Might be branching out into a few bits of clothing too, so put a hold on that T Shirt purchase till you see what we're getting in… ;)

Toes on the nose…

I was browsing for some noseriding shots in my archive and found this one which from this angle really shows the moment when this guy is able to take the trip to the nose when the board is in trim and the wave is breaking over the rear of the board to hold it in.

Wish I was that dammed clever.

You might want to do some further reading on the matter now that some clean summer conditions beckon you to take that same trip noseward. (plenty of other great articles on Tom's site too)
